Elwood Workwear RETURNS POLICY. 

REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND

**Please read all information below carefully before sending your items back.

Please print and fill in the returns form download here, and head to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to print out a shipping label. Then bag your return up, put the returns form into the box along with your items and take to the nearest post office. Easy as!

Please note: the Royal Mail link will send your package back to BKS logistics, that's ok, that's our returns partner. 

Please make sure the Boots or Workwear are in original unworn condition, tags attached and the box or Bag is intact! Please do not tape directly onto the box as it will ruin the aesthetics and you will not be refunded for any damaged boxes or bags.

Once the package has been received, we will check over the goods and issue a refund within 5-7 business days however it's usually a lot quicker. 

Wrong Size? No Worries.

We want your boots or clothing to fit comfortably and provide you with the protection and comfort you deserve.

If you would like to exchange for a different size, the best way to do this and quickest way to get your new products is to buy the item you're after and return the item you no longer require for a refund. 

However, if you rather wait for the exchange, please download this form and send it back with the item you no longer require via the link below.

Royal Mail Returns Portal 

All items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition with tags attached to the boots and must be returned within 30 days of purchase. 

Once we have received the goods and determine that they are in a resellable condition, we will send you out the size you require at no extra cost!
